RGC Resources, Inc. said its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2175 per share on the company’s common stock, with payment due on November 2, 2026 for shareholders of record on October 16, 2026. It said this is its 330th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.

The company, which trades on Nasdaq under the symbol RGCO, provides energy and related products and services to customers in Virginia through its operating subsidiaries including Roanoke Gas Company and RGC Midstream, LLC.
