01 Who is behind this site

traderpublic is an independent trading-education project published from Thailand. It is not a broker, an introducing broker, an exchange or a fund. It holds no client money, executes no orders, and has no commercial relationship with any brokerage.

Questions about anything on this page go to privacy@traderpublic.example, which reaches the person responsible for the site rather than a ticket queue.

02 What we ask you for

Nothing. There is no form on this site that asks who you are.

There is no newsletter sign-up, no comment box, no account, no saved watchlist and no “download the guide, enter your email” gate. The header carried unwired login and registration buttons left over from the interface study this site began as; they have been removed rather than connected.

The search box works entirely inside your browser. What you type is matched against a list of page titles that was already downloaded with the page, and the words never leave your device.

03 What happens anyway, because of how the web works

The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, it sees the requests it answers, and its logs record the ordinary technical details attached to each one:

• the address of the page requested, and when
• your IP address, which is how the response finds its way back to you
• the browser and operating system your device announces
• the page that referred you, if your browser chose to send one

These logs exist to keep the site up and to spot abuse. They are held for a short period by the host and are not combined with anything else, not enriched with data bought from a third party, and not used to build a profile of you.

04 Cookies, analytics and trackers

traderpublic sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no heat map. That is also why you have not been asked to accept anything: a consent banner exists to license tracking, and there is no tracking here to license.

Web fonts are served from Google Fonts at build time and bundled with the site, so your browser does not contact a font server while you read. If a future page needs a third-party embed, it will be named on this page before it ships.

05 Links that leave the site

Some pages link outward — most often to a financial regulator's own public register, which is the one source we want readers to check for themselves. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site, under their privacy terms, and this page stops applying. We have no control over what they record and we receive nothing back about your visit.

06 The database behind the articles

Articles published here arrive from an editorial system over an authenticated endpoint and are stored in a database that belongs to this site. That store contains article text, headlines, categories and timestamps. It contains no reader records of any kind, because none are collected in the first place.

07 Your rights, and the honest limit on them

Depending on where you live, data-protection law gives you the right to ask what an operator holds about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. You can exercise those rights here by writing to the address above.

The realistic answer will usually be that there is nothing to return, because nothing identifying you was ever stored beyond the host's short-lived request logs — and those we cannot search by person, only by time. Saying so up front seems more useful than a promise of a subject-access process that would find an empty result.

08 Children

This site discusses leveraged financial products and is written for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and nothing here is designed to appeal to children.

09 Changes

If the site starts collecting something it does not collect today — an email address for a newsletter, say — this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be summarized here rather than buried in a redraft.
