Does a licence issued here mean I can open an account?

No. A registration says a regulator authorised a company in that jurisdiction. Whether that company, or a sister entity, will accept you as a client depends on where you live, and our records do not publish it — which is why it is listed as unpublished above.

A broker says it is regulated here but is not on this page. Why?

This page rests on the registrations our research hub has published. A licence that has not reached our records yet puts no broker on this page, even if the firm really holds one. Read the regulator's own register too, and treat this page as a starting point rather than a complete roll.
