Five Star opens Calabasas office to expand Southern California reach

Five Star Bancorp has opened a new administrative office in Calabasas, California, as it expands its Southern California presence and its ability to serve commercial banking clients across the region. The office opened on Sept. 8, 2026.

The Calabasas location is meant to act as a hub for Five Star to work more closely with small-to-medium-sized businesses and clients throughout Southern California. The bank says it specializes in commercial banking and sees entrepreneurs as the foundation of a strong and growing economy.

Five Star said the new office builds on its organic growth strategy and follows the opening of its Newport Beach administrative office in September 2025 and the onboarding of experienced bankers in the Greater Los Angeles Area in April 2026.

With the Calabasas and Newport Beach offices, Five Star is bringing relationship-driven banking services to different client segments in Southern California. The Calabasas office will focus on commercial banking, commercial and industrial clients, and non-profit clients, while the Newport Beach office serves title and escrow, faith, government, private enterprise and non-profit sectors.

The Calabasas administrative office is at 24025 Park Sorrento, Suite 400, Calabasas, California. Five Star Bank’s Newport Beach administrative office, at 4100 Newport Place, Suite 660, Newport Beach, California, is open and serving clients.

Five Star Bancorp is headquartered in Rancho Cordova, California, and operates through its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Five Star Bank. The bank has ten branches in California.
