Wallbridge Mining Company Limited held its Special Meeting of Shareholders on Sept. 29, 2026, and said all matters submitted for approval in its August 18, 2026 notice of meeting and management information circular were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast.

The company said 971,639,709 shares, or 53.070% of its outstanding shares, were represented at the meeting.

On the name change resolution, 958,692,422 votes, or 98.667%, were cast for and 12,947,287 votes, or 1.333%, were cast against.

On the share consolidation resolution, 955,202,010 votes, or 98.308%, were cast for and 16,437,698 votes, or 1.692%, were cast against.

Wallbridge said it is focused on creating value through the exploration and sustainable development of gold projects in Quebec’s Abitibi region while respecting the environment and communities where it operates.
