SEC Names Five New Members to Small Business Panel

Rules, regulations and policy touching small businesses -- smaller public companies among them -- are what the panel exists to advise the Commission on. Its roster stands at fifteen Commission-appointed seats alongside three that carry no vote. Beyond those, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority names an observer who sits with the panel.
