Micropolis AI Robotics said on October 5, 2026 that it received a letter from NYSE Regulation dated September 29, 2026, saying the company was not in compliance with the stockholders’ equity requirement in Section 1003(a)(ii) of the NYSE American Company Guide. The notice said the company reported stockholders’ equity of $2.2 million as of June 30, 2025 and net losses in three of its four most recent fiscal years ended December 31, 2024.

For a retail holder, the immediate point is that the company’s ordinary shares remain listed and trading on NYSE American for now. The notice itself is not a suspension or a delisting determination, and Micropolis said the exchange will identify it as below compliance on its website and add a below-compliance indicator to the ticker symbol beginning five business days after receipt of the notice.

NYSE Regulation also said Micropolis is not currently eligible for an exemption from the equity requirement under Section 1003(a). Under Section 1009 of the Company Guide, the company must submit a compliance plan by October 29, 2026. The plan has to describe the actions the company has taken or intends to take to regain compliance by March 29, 2028, and it must include specific milestones, quarterly financial projections and details of any strategic initiatives the company intends to complete.

Micropolis said it intends to submit a compliance plan by the deadline and work with NYSE Regulation on the deficiency. If the exchange accepts the plan, the company will face periodic reviews, including quarterly monitoring, to assess progress. If no plan is submitted, if a plan is rejected, or if the company does not regain compliance by March 29, 2028, NYSE American said staff will begin delisting proceedings, and the company may appeal a staff delisting determination under the company guide.

Micropolis is a robotics manufacturer founded in 2014 and based in Dubai Production City, Dubai, the company said.
