Independent Bank sets Oct. 27 date for third-quarter results

Independent Bank Corporation said it expects to issue its 2026 third-quarter results on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, at about 8:00 am ET, with the release posted on its investor-relations website. It also said Brad Kessel, Gavin Mohr and Joel Rahn will review the quarterly results in a conference call for investors and analysts at 11:00 am ET that day.

The company said participants who join by phone will need to register to receive a phone number and access code. It also said the webcast and presentation slides will be available during the call, and that a replay of the webcast will remain available until Oct. 27, 2027.

Independent Bank Corporation is the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based parent of Independent Bank and, as of July 1, 2026, Highpoint Community Bank. The company said it has about $6.3 billion in total assets and operates from 66 locations across Michigan’s Lower Peninsula.

It also said it was founded in 1864 as First National Bank of Ionia, provides commercial banking, consumer banking, mortgage lending and investment services, and expects to complete the full system integration of Highpoint Community Bank’s operations on Nov. 9, 2026. Until conversion, customers of Highpoint Community Bank should keep using their existing branches, checks, bank cards, online and mobile banking, and other banking services as usual.
