Hypercharge Networks Corp. said on October 1, 2026 that it has completed its acquisition of 100% of the equity interests of REVS Charging LLC after receiving acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange, or TSXV. In connection with the closing, Hypercharge issued REVS 18,000,000 common shares, which are subject to a six-month voluntary lockup.

The company said the securities issued in connection with the transaction, including the closing shares, are also subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities laws, and remain subject to TSXV approval.

Hypercharge describes itself as a provider of smart EV charging solutions for residential and commercial buildings, fleet operations and other sectors. REVS, which also calls itself Refuel Electric Vehicle Solutions, says it provides turnkey Level 2 charging solutions for multifamily, condominium, hospitality and commercial properties across the United States.
