Firan Technology Group Corporation said its third-quarter 2026 bookings rose to $90.2 million, up 75% from a year earlier, as revenue increased to $64.1 million and net earnings reached $10.0 million. The company also reported a quarter-end backlog of $220.7 million and said it generated $7.1 million in free cash flow during the period ended Sept. 30, 2026.
For retail investors tracking the name, the key point is that FTG reported stronger sales, earnings and cash generation at the same time. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $15.1 million from $7.7 million in Q3 2025, while adjusted net earnings increased to $10.3 million from $3.0 million. FTG also said it maintained net cash of $3.9 million, including $8.9 million of government loans, and extinguished all commercial loans during the quarter with cash generated from operations.
The company broke out gains in both of its operating segments. Circuits revenue rose to $45.1 million from $32.1 million a year earlier, while Aerospace revenue increased to $19.8 million from $16.8 million. FTG said Circuits benefited from operational improvements at several U.S. sites, short-term pricing premiums and favourable exchange rates, while Aerospace was helped by organic growth, a contract cancellation charge and favourable foreign exchange variance.
FTG also said it qualified for two large-scale classified defence programs in 2025, with orders and deliveries ramping up in the latest quarter. It added that it recently qualified new customers in Europe and Australia, opened a new aerospace facility in Hyderabad, India, and negotiated and ratified a new four-year collective agreement with represented employees at its Circuits Toronto facility that expires in July 2030. The company said it appointed Deloitte LLP as its new external auditor in Q3 2026.
President and CEO Brad Bourne said, “Q3 2026 was an exceptional quarter for FTG,” and said the company had seen continued operational improvements at many Circuits and Aerospace sites. FTG said the quarter also reflected record bookings and backlog.
