Discovery Mining Ltd. said on Oct. 7, 2026 that 52 drill holes at Pamour, totalling 16,827.4 metres, continued to confirm and expand mineral resources in all three phases of the current open-pit mine plan. The company said the results also continued to return high-grade intersections at multiple targets close to the existing resource.
At the Pamour Pit, Discovery reported 24 holes over 9,071.7 metres targeting the east and west limits of the current resource. In the east portion, it listed intercepts including 42.37 grams per tonne over 5.1 metres, 4.58 grams per tonne over 20.7 metres, 7.39 grams per tonne over 18.0 metres and 1.80 grams per tonne over 29.0 metres. In the west portion, the company cited 40.64 grams per tonne over 5.4 metres, 11.25 grams per tonne over 10.5 metres, 3.64 grams per tonne over 9.8 metres and 1.79 grams per tonne over 14.5 metres.
At Pamour West, Discovery said 18 holes over 4,671.7 metres tested areas surrounding and up to a kilometre east of the historic Broulan open pit. It reported 4.08 grams per tonne over 11.3 metres, 6.05 grams per tonne over 5.0 metres, 5.04 grams per tonne over 10.0 metres, 4.85 grams per tonne over 5.0 metres and 2.01 grams per tonne over 12.0 metres among the better intercepts.
For the North Contact Zone, the company said 10 holes over 3,084 metres targeted a volcanic-sedimentary contact directly north of the phase 2 pit and into an untested gap in drilling. It listed 1.43 grams per tonne over 23.7 metres, 4.36 grams per tonne over 6.0 metres, 2.50 grams per tonne over 8.4 metres, 3.83 grams per tonne over 5.0 metres and 1.83 grams per tonne over 10.5 metres.
Discovery said the drill program is ongoing, with one drill focused on the Pamour open pit area, two drills testing Pamour West and one drill operating at the North Contact Zone. The company also said the Pamour Mine is about 20 kilometres east of Timmins and that the current open-pit resource includes 64.8 million tonnes grading 1.30 grams per tonne in the indicated category and 23.3 million tonnes grading 1.34 grams per tonne in the inferred category.
