Citadel Income Fund said unitholders will have the opportunity to redeem up to 262,689 units in its annual redemption, with the process set around a Nov. 27, 2026 date and a Nov. 6, 2026 deadline for redemption notices to reach the fund’s transfer agent by 5:00 p.m. Toronto time.

For a retail holder, the practical point is that the fund has fixed both the amount available and the timetable. Requests go through a broker, and if the total number of units tendered is greater than 262,689, the fund said the redemptions will be handled on a pro rata basis.

The fund said the amount paid per unit will be net asset value less redemption costs equal to 5% of net asset value per unit, plus applicable taxes. Units tendered for this redemption will also be entitled to the October 2026 distribution, which the fund previously said will be paid on Nov. 16, 2026.

Citadel Income Fund said it expects to announce the annual redemption price on or about Dec. 4, 2026 and to pay the redemption proceeds on or before Dec. 18, 2026. Unitholders with questions were told to contact their brokers, and the fund also pointed to Artemis Investment Management Limited, its manager, with a phone number, email address and website for further information.
