Bitdeer AI said on 8 October 2026 that it has entered into a 10-year data center services agreement for A901, a 67MW AI Cloud data center campus in Malaysia. The company said the new site is part of Bitdeer Technologies Group and sits within its AI neocloud business.

For retail traders and newer investors following infrastructure names, the key point is that Bitdeer AI is adding contracted capacity rather than merely talking about expansion. The company said A901 becomes its third Malaysian hub, alongside Cyberjaya and Johor, and that it is being designed for liquid-cooled, rack-scale NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems for next-generation enterprise AI workloads.

Bitdeer AI said delivery of A901 capacity is targeted to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with full 67MW delivery targeted for the second quarter of 2027. It also said that, with A901 included, its secured AI Cloud data center capacity totals about 273.5MW across facilities in Malaysia, Norway and the United States, which it said is about 78% of its target of up to 350MW by the first quarter of 2028.

The company also said its active pipeline for AI Cloud capacity is now estimated to exceed $10 billion. It added that this figure is management’s estimate of the aggregate potential contract value of opportunities under commercial discussion, and that it is not backlog, revenue, an executed contract or a binding commitment.

Bitdeer AI said no offtake commitments have been entered into for A901 capacity as of the date of the announcement, and that there can be no assurance commercial discussions will lead to executed contracts or on any particular timetable.
