Wallbridge Mining Company Limited said its special meeting of shareholders was held on Sept. 29, 2026, and that all matters submitted for approval were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast.

A total of 971,639,709 shares, or 53.070% of the company’s outstanding shares, were represented at the meeting.

The company said the name change resolution received 958,692,422 votes for, or 98.667%, against 12,947,287 votes, or 1.333%.

It also said the share consolidation resolution received 955,202,010 votes for, or 98.308%, against 16,437,698 votes, or 1.692%.
